Terms of Use

1. General Information

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nickname.gg API service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

The Service is provided by an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. The Service itself is not incorporated as a legal entity.


2. Registration and Access

  • An account is required to access the API and webhook interfaces.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Description of the Service

The Service provides:

  • API access to player match data in CS2;
  • Webhook event delivery related to player data processing;
  • A user interface to manage API tokens, profile settings, and webhook configuration.

The functionality of the Service is subject to change at any time without prior notice.


4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service:

  • to copy or replicate the core features of the Service;
  • to exceed or bypass documented rate limits;
  • to scrape or collect data outside of the provided APIs;
  • for any fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes.

Fair Usage Policy: We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if your usage violates reasonable and fair use, disrupts service performance, or harms other users.


5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the code, interface, documentation, and other parts of the Service belong to the project owner. No ownership or license is granted except as explicitly provided.

We reserve the right to use anonymized and aggregated data (such as match statistics) collected via the API for analytical services, internal research, and product development.


6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, or compatibility with your expectations.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to service downtime or data loss.


7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
